1. DO YOU ACCEPT SOCIAL/BAZAAR/SEMINAR/INTERVIEW/EVENT invitation?

2. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BALI RECYCLING AND KONO?

    As of 10th January 2018, BALI RECYCLING is officially changed to KONO. We are the same great people with improve service and new products.

 

 

UPCYCLED GLASS

 

1. WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED?

    Currently, we do not have a physical store of our own. Please place the order on our shopping page (order form) by clicking the 'shop' button on the

    upper right side of the website.

 

2. HOW DO I BUY YOUR PRODUCT ONLINE?

    We are currently in the process of making an online store for you, please look forward to it. For now, please place the order on our shopping page (order

    form)

 

3. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH ORDER FORM?

    Click the 'shop' button on the upper right side of the website. Click any of the images you'd like to order and an order form will automatically show.

    Please fill all the fields as detail as you can (your full name, the name of the product you'd like, the quantity, complete delivery address, email and

    telephone number) and click submit. We will get back to you within 48hours, please check your email/telephone (WhatsApp).

 

4. I WANT TO ORDER MORE THAN 100 PIECES. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A WHOLESALE PRICE?

6. CAN I GET A PRICE LIST?

    All the prices on this website are up-to-date, however, if you want to purchase more than 100pieces, we can offer wholesale price. Please contact us for

    more info.

 

7. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY IN BALI?

    *IDR 35,000 (Seminyak, Kerobokan, Canggu, Denpasar, Ubud Area) - Small Amount

    *IDR 65,000 (Nusa Dua, Jimbaran Area) - Small Amount

 

8. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE BALI?

    Delivery outside Bali depends on the courier. 

 

9. DO YOU HAVE RETURN POLICY?

    We love our all of our upcycled products. Every glass is handcrafted and unique, it has its own story and characteristics. We always offer the best quality

    we have and we do not guarantee for the products to meet your expectations. We can't accept the return and can't give a refund.

 

    Exceptions, we always take the shipping insurance in case damages are made during shipping and the insurance company will compensate for this. 

    If the product(s) you receive is not the same (name/ code) as your order, please email us at sales@kono.co.id within 30 days of receiving your product

    and we'll arrange a refund. Please specify your order number and we will cover the cost of return postage.

   

    Please check again your order before confirming to avoid this :)

 

10. WHAT PAYMENT METHOD YOU ACCEPT?

      For order more than IDR 1,000,000, non-refundable payment of 50% of total invoice deposit must be made to start production/as an official purchase

      order.

 

      If you are living in Bali, we accept Cash-On-Delivery (for order below IDR 1,000,000)

     

      If you are living outside Bali, we recommend you to pay by bank transfer (our bank is BCA). The transfer fee and/or exchange rate will be charged

      wholly to the customer. Send the bank remittance to chris@kono.co.id

 

11. HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCTION?

      Production duration varies from 3~10 working days depends on the quantity.

 

12. DELIVERY PROCESS.

      Delivery will be processed minimum 3 days after payment is complete. Please check the description of the product for more info.

 

13. DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS/ PROMOTION?

      Yes! Please check out our products any pop-up message! If you'd like to subscribe to our special promotion please add your personal information at our

      contact form you can find at the bottom of our homepage and write "I want to subscribe" on the message box.

WASTE COLLECTION SERVICE

 

1. HOW MANY TYPES OF SERVICE DO YOU HAVE?

    Currently, we have 2 types of service: Full service and Dry Waste Recycling service

    a. Full service: we collect both dry and wet waste

    b: Dry Waste Recycling service: we collect only dry waste (only for households not for business purposes)

2. HOW DO I REQUEST FOR THE SERVICE?

    Click the 'request' button on the upper right side of the website and you can find at the bottom of that page a request form. Please fill in as detail as you 

    can and click submit. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

 

3. I NEED ADVICE ON WHICH SERVICE SHOULD I CHOOSE, PLEASE HELP.

4. I WANT TO USE DRY WASTE RECYCLING SERVICE BUT I AM A RESTAURANT?

    Dry Waste Recycling service is only for the household.

 

5. I RENT MY HOUSE TO OTHER FAMILY, CAN I STILL USE DRY WASTE RECYCLING SERVICE?

    The household should have no more than 4/5 persons.

 

6. I RENT 3 ROOMS TO OTHER PEOPLE, CAN I STILL USE DRY WASTE RECYCLING SERVICE?

    This is considered as our "business purposes". Dry Waste Recycling service is only for the household not for business.

 

7. I AM AN OFFICE, CAN I USE YOUR FULL SERVICE?

    Yes, please tick 'other' on the request form. We will contact you within 48 hours.

 

 

8. I AM AN AIRBNB USER, CAN I USE YOUR FULL SERVICE?

    Yes, please tick "hotel" on the request form. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

 

 

9. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO JOIN YOUR SERVICE?

    We will survey the location, sign the agreement we will give you, complete the payment and you're good to go :)

 

10. WHAT IS DRY WASTE?

     Paper, plastic, glass, food/drink cans, aluminum. Please visit our COLLECTION PAGE to see more info about what is allowed in our Dry Waste Recycling

     service.

 

11. HOW MUCH IS THE EXTRA FEE FOR EXPIRED MEDICINE, GARDEN WASTE, LIGHT BULBS, ETC?

      Prices are subject to change. Please send us a request form.
